I have always been a Costa lover but of late I feel Costa has lost the edge in its lattes. Starbucks serve a beautiful smooth coffee, it just has that better taste and froth than what's served at Costa. Starbucks you would be 100% if your muffins and food (for me) was as nice as Costa.

Just been at Starbucks, ordered my drinks, barista called Chloe, dropped plastic cup on the floor, picked up and carried on as normal! I work in food industry, and it is really against food safety! Not happy when you pay 15 for four drinks, food safety should be priority no one
The woman on the drive through tonight was so rude. Customer service was not great tonight compared to other visits
Great covid system in place just not all available drinks on menu you board.
