We always stop at this Starbucks on the A12 when travelling towards London, probably around once a month. The team here are excellent, Sue the manager has a wonderful team. They are always friendly and helpful, they actively try to recall your preferences. In these challenging times the team have still had big smiles and are ready to help! Excelllent!

Usual starbucks fare. Told off for touching the sandwiches which are barrier off by wire cages. Put some readable labels on them then! Staff bit offish. What happened to be kind? Why was I charged 5p to take a drink away?
Great coffee shop with comfy seats and really helpful staff.
