Slow again. I have been here a few times now - I don't know why I keep giving them another chance. I do not know why it takes so many people so long to deliver a coffee. Plenty of places in Southport, go to any of them for better service. Staff are pleasant, place is clean, but unless you have a desire to kill time waiting don't go here.

Sophie runs an amazing service - super cheerful welcome at all times and in all weathers. This is the ‘gold standard’ of how a Starbucks should operate. Could definitely teach the independent stores around a thing or two about how to run a brilliant cafe! Having said that, how she remembers the names of so many regular customers is a bit of black magic. Highly recommended - Sophie and her team deserve recognition and reward!!
Needs to change the Google listing to display actual opening times. Literally drove here and walked across town in the pouring rain, walked in to see other people being served but was told it was closed for me. It was 5.01pm but this listing says it closes at 5.30pm. I literally never leave bad reviews but they were so rude Update your information online or just be nice.
Fantastic customer service. The lady with the Bob and the Dr Martens has just made my daughter's birthday. She had pestered me for a Starbucks frappaccino for her birthday and mistakenly I ordered a macchiato. She swapped it free of charge and had a lovely chat with my daughter while they made it. Couldn't ask for better service.
Good spot to take a coffee break. We keep coming back here when visiting Southport as they allow dogs. Our dog seems to settle down quite nicely.
