Coffee is usually right with the drive thru but there is always a chance of miscommunication, even face to face with someone, so no big deal and they do rectify the mistake. Ordering for collection on the app is great because they have the order right in front of them so I've never had a problem that way regarding ordering. Also, the coffee is always sitting ready so it's quicker than the drive thru during busy times.
