Always out of stock for things, tables not cleared, none of the shelves restocked, and truly disinterested staff. Needs a decent manager to actually take charge. Nice set up with plenty of relaxed seating. Comfortable and easy going place. Lots of people clearly come as groups to sit and chat. Coffee and food is as expected from Starbucks and service is adequate but by god the staff are utterly disinterested ..... You as a customer are merely one of those vague human shaped blobs that turn up in front of them and make funny noises that in a strangely vague way mean they have to do something. Quite amazing actually to watch how two totally separated universes interacting like this. Well worth visiting just for this.
