Am disabled from armed forces and I was in my wheelchair with my epilot bike attached to it. and I was struggling because i was in so much pain with the cold and I was struggling because had my baby on me. in a harness and my little daughter was with me too. We went in for a much needed warm latte and hot chocolate and a member of staff called Craig, Come up to me and ask would I need any help. Craig was so helpful and polite he got all the drinks for i me. He went out of his way for me. Because most places look down on disabled people I find . am so grateful for all the help and care craig showed am so humbled. He's a real asset to your company .sammie was so polite too thanks again
Service was amazing. We popped in for a coffee and Joanne was cleaning up at the time, I asked about the ‘secret Starbucks menu’ and she told us about one which tastes like a Kinder Bueno. She stopped cleaning and made a mini version for us to try, topped with cream and chocolate dusting too!! All staff were friendly and covid compliant but Joanne was fab! Thank you!!
Great place for a relaxed coffee. Staff always friendly and quick even though it can get busy at weekends!
Excellent coffees to take out. I was especially impressed with Emma W's friendliness, and in particular how she assisted a wheelchair dependant elderly gentleman.
