Just had our valentine's meal from here. Ordered the day before for pick up, was ready for us to collect. The food was lovely, loads of meat and nice big portions, very tasty. Nice and accommodating staff. Deffo use again soon

Ok, very watery sweet and sour but nothing to shout out about
We used to order from them every so often. Not anymore. Tried ordering Chinese from Star Bay at 7:30 two nights ago. Order read it would be ready around 9:30. At 9:45 I rang the resteraunt to find out where our food is. Told the driver just left. Driver rings at 10:05. I explain to him I can buzz him in at the front. He calls back maybe 10 minutes later saying he's at the back. I kindly repeat that I can't buzz him in at the back and before I can think or say anything else he hangs up. I ring Star Bay. Multiple times and multiple times the line stays busy. Driver doesn't answer when I ring him either. When the driver had rung me I told him I can't buzz him in at the back door. Only at the front door. He spoke perfect English and he was totally fine with it the first time he called. Even told me he could come into the building. The second time he rang he said he was at the back door and I said again I would have to buzz him in at the front. I have a baby I was trying to put to bed and Obviously I couldn't leave the baby alone. As soon as I said that he said he wasn't sure he could get to the back door and hung up before I could say anything else. When they finally answered five minutes before closing, the manager tried to say that he tried to deliver the food but \ I wouldn't let him in\. If a building requires you to be buzzed in it's for safety reasons and he should have complied as he originally agreed on. This isn't the first time Star Bay has disappointed me. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again.
Got chicken from this Chinese on new years eve. Me and my partner got food poisoning from it!! Not what we had planned for new year! We were absolutely gutted and had a rubbish new year because off this!
