Sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style on a bed of egg fried rice. Absolutely beautiful the taste is fresh and vibrant the chicken is light and fluffy in a coated batter, really nice. The rice like most Chinese takeaways is lacking in the egg content there is less than 1% if that. You need to add more egg in your rice! Also little bland on the flavour side try add some extra msg or soy sauce. Other than that very nice thank you.
