Christmas Eve was really busy for the Star Moon but the food was great and worth waiting for. They should move to bigger premises, get better organised and they would make a fortune.
Order from Star Moon most weekends, as I love the yung chow fried rice dish I order the same each week. Tonight I fancied something slightly different, special fried rice, not a big step but needless to say it was absolutely delicious, I have a new favourite
Tonight I ordered Salt and Pepper Chips, Salt and Pepper Chicken. Chips Fine. The Salt and Pepper Chicken was Uncooked and the chicken still pink in the centre!!! So rang up and this man with a bad attitude answered. Explained the chicken was uncooked, and he replied \ whats up with it?\ so after repeating myself explaining the chicken was pink and pouring with liquid. His response was \Right so what you want to do\. after been a long time customer I am shocked to have received this type of attitude. Avoid this place like the plague! clearly hired some inexperienced chefs! I will be notifying the authorities as uncooked chicken IF EATEN can make you seriously Ill!!! Shocking!! again avoid this place!
Wouldn't bother. Told a hour delivery, then when late to be told its a hour and half. It Was over a hour and 45 mins late from our original delivery time, won't use again.
