Apart from the staff poor parking the staff are polite and office is clean
Useless. Late to appointments with no explanation or apology; the quality of work they produced was poor and needed chasing to get anything done. I had to proof-read and correct letters. It appears that the level of service you get is dependant on which solicitor is appointed. Some seem to be ok based on the reviews I've seen but mine was hopeless. I sacked them and went elsewhere.
