I live in London and every single time I come up 2 this area 2 visit some relatives this is my number 1 take away!!! Amazing tasty food and the staff are very welcoming and always make me leave with a smile on my face! Absolutely recommend it! You won't find fresher fish and chips than this!
Not impressed. The fish and chips has been fine since it opened. Since the pandemic, I haven't been in until this evening. They are still making good fish and chips. However, I was shocked by the lack of correct mask wearing, face touching and lack of hand washing by all the staff. Not impressed. Two people frying wore their masks below their nose, other staff pulled them down to talk and then back up again or wandered around with their mask under their chins, drinking cups of tea then back onto touching their face and mask then straight into serving food. No hand washing or sanitising at all in the ten minutes I waited for my order and watched. The lack of hygiene training is shocking. Even without a pandemic, this is not acceptable. Please retrain your staff. I won't be back again.
Chips, sausage and fish cake were all really well cooked. Feels safe inside and staff friendly. They prefer cash over card payments
