They are very friendly. However this is the 3rd bad experience I've had with them The first was they sold me a bad liquid. The second was when I went back complaining about the liquid they claimed it was my coil, glass and nozzle. I didnt shop here for over a year then I went back and bought a new vape and it lasts about 10 vapes then the battery dies. I wont be using them again and I suggest you dont either. Such a shame as the customer service is fantastic !!
