Smooth transaction and great car. Online purchase was quick and easy. Phil was very helpful on the phone and was able to answer any questions I had and gave me confidence the car I was buying was top notch. And so it was, Ian who brought the car to my door was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I am very pleased with the Honda Civic it is exactly as described. I would definitely recommend StanstedPrestige. Online purchase and delivery for cars is the new normal!

Sold an absolute lemon by this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper S with 30k miles on it in September 2019. It has had nothing but problems: bad tires, emissions failures, timing belt problems, engine power failure...the list goes on. Unfortunately I was overseas and not driving the car during the 6-month warranty period. I returned after barely driving the car at all and I haven’t driven it more than two days without a new fault code appearing. It has been in and out of repair shops for more than half my time owning it. The car has literally shuttered to a stop in the middle of the highway and needed to be towed. All of this at 30k miles! I paid a high price for the car because they assured me it was in good condition, pointing out that they take much better care of their cars than their competitors. It was all false. They knew this car was in bad condition and cleared the codes so it would look right just long enough for me to drive it away. I can not recommend this dealership to anyone. STAY AWAY.
Just picked up my ssangyong korando sports from the guys at Stansted Prestige and while the car was a few years old you would not have guessed it in any way. Great service and very professional. I felt like I was buying a new car! Everything was ready for me and they even sorted out some extra bits I wanted for it on line as well as set my car tax up! I would highly recommend using them again.
Great experience overall with Stansted Prestige. Purchased a BMW 135i through James who was helpful and communicative throughout. Car delivered. Couple of issues which is understandable on a car with 98k on the clock but James and Co were helpful with this and we came to an agreeable arrangement. Small independent dealer which restores faith in used car dealers, many of which are uninterested and come across instantly shady. Will buy from them again if they have what I want in the future.
Highly recommended, no pressure to buy, great customer care, and great cups of tea and biscuits, I travelled for the car and it was exactly as advertised. Had the car for several weeks now and perfect runner.We are very pleased. I would return.
