They were missing an ingredient for the drink I ordered so they offered to make it with a substitute. All fine until they told me they would have to charge me for the substitute ingredient. Say what?!?!? In what universe do charge the client when you can’t deliver. I’m a loyal client given that I buy drinks everyday from J&J in the city. This is a quick way to lose clients my friends. Train your employees to think about the customer experience.

Awful awful app - no q but still took 20 mins to order. Tried to buy the only thing wo avocado on the menu- it still came with it hidden in - lucky I’m not allergic. Food quite nice though

We were looking for a tap to fill up our water bottles for the flight, but they were closed due to COVID-19 measures. A guy tells us where a tap is and after we tell him it’s closed, this legend comes back a few seconds later with two water bottles. I don’t know what your name is, but you’re awesome, thanks!

Shakes are good and the prices are the ones that you can find in a airport. Music is a bit loud but you can find a good place for disconnecting of the main overcrowded area. Besides, they should find another method than asking your name for serving your order as in an international airport they easily misunderstand the names.

Used to be a really nice place, I used to go there every time I travel from Stansted and I do travel once a month. The vibe is gone and so am I. Won’t be coming back, today I waited around 7-8 minutes for my sandwich only to receive it cold and be told that this is how it is. I’ve asked for it to be reheated, that was also impossible. I’ve been offered a new sandwich but been told it will be exactly the same. Well I don’t need another cold sandwich when it was supposed to be toasted and at least the bread warm. What happened Joe and the Juice?
