Mairi came to our video consultation extremely well prepared and with a clear understanding of my dietary issues and complex medical history having obviously studied my food diary and health questionnaire. She gave me lots of helpful advice and suggestions as well as helping me to understand why some foods might be causing me problems. It was a really valuable session and I am already feeling the benefit of some of the changes she suggested. Her manor was very encouraging and she was easy to interact with. She is a knowledgeable and experienced professional and I am very grateful to her.
