Outstanding service! Needed a Mullingar Pewter Pocket watch for an 80th birthday..time was getting short and lovely Dennis hand delivered it to me! Dennis I cannot tell you how grateful I am. Disgraceful is one word to describe their customer service. I'm flabbergasted how rude Dennis is. He's argued with me regarding my missing order that I went in and paid for 2 weeks ago. I called for the third time in 2 weeks (I know outrageous) to simply ask where it is. I am well within my rights to ask where my order is. If he was honest about orders, realistic with his timelines and actually followed through with his promise of updating via text or calling - there'd be no problem. If he had answered my call today and approached the conversation with an apology for lack of communication and not being able to give timeline on the stock (that he promised in 3 to 4 working days), or even say give me 20 minutes and I'll call you back once I've checked my stock/notes, no problem. But he didn't. He chose to argue, with a raised voice and use a tone of exasperated annoyance toward me. **Insert stunned look** We all have things going on in life and you have no right to take it out and argue with a customer. Simply unacceptable. Maybe unplug the phone like you did that day when I was in there if you're in a bad mood or use that unplugged phone time to take some admin time out to do what you need to do and organise yourself. He said he'll refund my order. I mean he can't even find the order, how is he going to refund it?
Great store with a lot of unique Irish snacks, merchandise and apparel that can't be found anywhere else. Store owner is extremely friendly and pleasant, can't wait for my next visit!
Love this shop, and the owner Mr Doyle is lovely. I come in for the food which I heard they're expanding in 2021 which is amazing! Good selection of chocolate, drinks and Irish sausages from the Irish butcher. They also have other knick knacks including jumpers, keychains, information, calendars etc. Mr Doyle always keen for a good chat which is lovely
I have ordered a necklace online and have got nothing besides an order confirmation email. I have sent several emails and still nothing back. I even asked for a refund and still no reply. Very upsetting as it is a very nice store.
