Customer service was useless delivery was super delayed and they didnt follow simple delivery intructions...end up so much time wasted just to get my order!i will never order online from this company..

Customer service - useless!! I would like to address a few points that have left me completely under whelmed by the whole experience after receiving the product from you. The first issue was regarding delivery, although an email was received stating that the order was received, no communication was received that the item was dispatched, or indeed actually delivered. The package was actually left down the bottom of a path in between our recycling bins, with no notification from the delivery driver that it had been left there (not that it would have been acceptable in any case!). So I was surprised when a family member pointed out by chance that there was a package stuffed in between my bins, it obviously had been there for a couple of days as the packaging was completely rain soaked. Unfortunately, this was not where the disappointment ended, upon opening the package, its clearly visible straight away, that the paint was cracking on the joints of one of the side panels. Having then put the toy box together, I found that the lid does not even fit flush to the back of the box, which indicates that the piece of wood is not cut straight. Having paid what I consider a premium price for such an item, I would not expect to encounter such quality control issues, this is rather disappointing for me, as this is the reason I used your company in the first place, is that I have previously paid the premium prices you charge and in turn received good quality items.

Ordered some items for a friend's baby girl recently and they were extremely pleased with the quality of the products. It comes in a free gift box which is perfect. Products were delivered on time. Highly recommended.

Dreadful experience!! Would never go back. Ordered item and paid for next day delivery in preparation for my wife’s baby shower. 2 days later the item has still not arrived!! Tried numerous times on email and phone to contact the company with no responses. DO NOT USE AND BEWARE!!
