I doubt if there are many better medical centers.I am probably still alive because of a doctor's swift action.Always had good service and treatment.
I have been a patient of this surgery since 1970, it is now more stressful and busyer times but I find stanley medical group helpfull and very switched on, yes we all come across issues with the surgery or reception but it's life you have not to forget they are allowed to have bad days it's a stressful job. I can not fault the care and service I have recieved over the years and especially now . You have My Vote stanley medical Group.
First time I needed an appointment last year just after signing up asked for an emergency appointment had to wait about 2 weeks my last surgery would take same day appointments or they would get in touch if they had cancellations the doctors and nurses at stanley medical centre are rude and unprofessional who hires people like this they have no empathy or understanding only took the job for the big paychecks not because they actually care like most doctors and nurses. Last appointment I didnt even get to speak to an actual doctor I had a rude nurse diagnose me over the phone without an examination or asking proper medical questions and asked if I was ok with anti inflammatorys I told her I had problems before with anti inflammatory but she gave me them anyways now I have more problems and more distress cant wait to change doctors the worst thing about moving to Stanley has been having to change my doctors to Stanley medical group it's a huge practice compared to my old doctors yet my doctors still managed the practice a million times better and the staff were always polite, friendly and professional.
