Reading through these reviews it seems that most of the contributors give a 5 star rating, very few give less than that. I am firmly in the 5 star set of very happy customers. We recently completed the purchase, through Stanfords, of what should have been a very straightforward transaction that turned into a bad dream. Nick saw us through, always returning calls / emails, always providing updates and keeping things moving forward as much as possible. We never want to go through the process again (EVER!) but in the end we have exchanged on our dream home.

Trying to buy a house with Stanford's didn't go well. The process didn't seem to be managed at all. But I have found a better property with another Agent.
Recently bought a property from Stanfords and was really impressed with how easy and straightforward they were to deal with. I dealt mainly with Darren and Nick and they were quick to come back to me whether it be call, email or text. From my dealings I would recommend.
Darren Knight at Stanford’s is the most personable, honest and transparent estate agent! We didn’t end up buying with Darren as we chose a new build in the end... however during the whole process of trying to find something suitable for us, Darren went over and above to try find the right one and tick our long list of “wants!”. It’s so hard to find helpful and genuine people in some industries - but with Darren we struck gold and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to all our friends and family!
The most professional agent in Eastleigh. I have used a few others to let my property and these guys really are great. Connells ripped me off big time, they put bad tennants into my property and then sided with those same tennants when they trashed my house! So it was a great relief to find out that not all estate agents are bad. Stanfords found and vetted my last tennant who paid their rent on time for 5 years no problem. When they left, ok, a few small things but Stanford have supported me and I feel that they really do value my business! Well done Stanford you get my 5 stars and I would recommend anyone who has a nice place to rent for their retirement, trust Stanford to have your back. That is how I feel!
