Really impressed! I ordered a gorgeous leather diary, unfortunately it came damaged and so I emailed them... not only did they refund my postage back, they sent me a new diary with gift wrapping! They responded to my email quickly (which went into junk mail so check your junk!) And were very good when I spoke to them on the phone... the new diary arrived quickly and they had all in hand... VERY VERY good customer service!

We ordered a music notebook as a gift to be send to the USA. When, after two months the notebook still was not delivered, the company send a new notebook again, this time via courier service. This arrived within a couple of days and was received with great joy. The quality of the notebook was much appreciated!!
