Sorry to go against the tide, but I had 4 goes at trying to get a key copied , succeeded with a few others, also one mortice key poorly copied . It became embarrassing to keep going back , never once offered money back. Whilst it was only a few pounds it involved me in so much wasted time . I gave up in the end as impression given was that it was somehow me at fault.

Popped in today with my broken leather bag. The very friendly chap behind the counter stopped the job he was doing and fixed my bag there and then. He then refused to charge me- how good is that!! A fab, fast service.
Sorted me out on my Volkswagen key and has always given top class service whether for shoe repairs or cutting me extra keys.
