Behaviour breeds behaviour. Apparently I had a tone when I called to say that a box of my repeat medication was missing even though I explained that I hadn’t opened the bag till this morning. Yes I know that you have checks in place but to have an accusatory tone of it wasn’t us it was you is not helpful nor customer centric. I can’t think why I would want to lie about a missing box of levothyroxine, it’s hardly a recreational drug. Sometimes mistakes happen - we are all human but how you treat customers in instances like this speaks volumes. I am 100% committed to supporting local business but your tone leads me to think I will need to go elsewhere.
