Clean fresh decor, friendly staff, covid-19 guidelines clearly set up throughout. Clearly signposted areas/rooms, plenty of parking including disabled bays, ramps for less able-bodied people at side of reception building and steps with rails to the front.

Post before has got deleted like others, worked here, management absolutely shocking, within the team I was in few went before me in the same way, get rung up and told not to bother to come back!!! Shocking, treat you like dirt. Avoid working here.

Unfortunately, NCS exhibits the same narrow ways of thinking and doing that befall education generally - no room for creative thinking, over-bearing management and a culture of stifling political correctness. Add to this the preponderance of people strutting around in positions of considerable power (mainly females), with that high and mighty air of invincibility (they wouldn't last 5 minutes in private industry), and you have the perfect cocktail of a depressing, frustrating workplace where initial enthusiasm for the job turns into a daily grind. There is a LOT of dead wood that needs cutting out in that establishment.

Since my review has been removed, I'll say it again, don't bother coming here and do your future self proud by avoiding this college. If I had stayed there and not transferred to Peterborough college, which was actually good and decent in comparison, I wouldn't have got into university and I'm now thriving. Shout out to the teacher who couldn't be bothered to explain the material properly and those girls in the tourism class who made me feel like rubbish, because I'm now better than you for getting into a good university.
