Plantain chips and salsa was very good. I had the roast duck it was crispy and very hot when served. I didn't care for the quail eggs and rice. The drinks were not to my liking at all. The flan however was AMAZING. Best i ever had. Its a small intimate restaurant. Love the decor esp the bathroom it was lovely.

This place has excellent food. Its more expensive, but here you get what you pay for. When I lived nearby I would sometimes go there by myself just to enjoy a good meal. It would be pretty good for a date location as well. Delicious! Pisco sours and margaritas were tasty. Definitely worth a return visit.
Brasitas has a great atmosphere, nice music, and delicious food. I recommend them to anyone who likes Latin food. Every plate was top quality and the service was great. You cannot go wrong eating at Brasitas. I will be back.
There is also a Brasitas in Norwalk. While they are owned by the same person, the Stamford one is definitely better. From the food itself to the service and the surroundings, I like it. I always feel like I’m stepping into a vacation spot. The fish entrees are my favorite. The fish is always fresh and they really pull together a lovely presentation. They also have plenty of gluten free options which of course are needed. Last night we ended our meal with the flan. It was so pretty that I didn’t want to eat it. But of course I sucked it up and I did. Check it out when you’re in the Stamford area.
