I bought 2 of the 3 items that I went for but I really wanted some fruit trees but there weren't any. Where it said fruit trees there were trees although none were fruit!! I assume that is because of the time of year and the situation at the moment. I normally get everything that I need from so I will be back in a few weeks. This is usually a really good independent garden centre and is well worth a visit.

I recently ordered 4 small Silver Thread Conifers using Stakehill for the first time. Not knowing what to expect with plants arriving through the post I was a bit wary to say the least. Neednt have worried at all. Arrived within a day or two and they came in a plastic container, extremely well wrapped and all in their own individual compartments. Not crushed, dried out or suffering at all, am only sorry I didnt take a pic of the really impressive wrapping. The plants though as you can see are perfect and just waiting to go into their new home ! Well done and thoroughly recommend !

4 stars simply because I left things too late and stocks of hanging basket and window box plants were almost none existent. I had called there less than two weeks ago for other materials and every bench was so impressively stocked, it was my first choice today. I will be calling again.
