We went in for the first time in Saturday, was a lovely shop. 4 of us went to the cafe, one we got a seat we sat for a while, we had to attract a waiters attention eventually. He took our order and was having problems down loading the order. When it eventually came it was 1 soup and 1 pot of tea short, but we got those fairly quickly. The food was lovely and hot. When we had finished we decided to have some cake as well we went up to look at the selection made our choice and went back to our, as we believed it was table service. We sat for a while again, there were waiters and waitresses moving around but none made any attempt to clear our table. Eventually we got the attention of the same waiter. Placed our order, when it came it was wrong again, we had to ask for cutlery. Still the table had not been cleared. We had coffee and juice again, one glass had a crack in it and another was dirty. We asked for them to be changed, after 5 minutes I went to get 2 glasses my self. They were not too good looking, dishwasher Mark's but I think the dishwasher needed salt as a bit gritty. So I went back to have my juice, again the table had not been cleared. The cafe was fairly empty and there were several empty tables so there was staff unavailable. I have to say that as I was with my parent who are elderly I was not happy with the service at all. My mum has raved about this place for years but I must say she and is were left feeling very let down. I'm not sure if I will go back. Disappointed.

Lovely place, friendly staff. We found everything we were looking for. Cafe is really comfortable; we had a lovely lunch.

Great selection of plants, and a number of other offerings. They have a kids play area that's awesome for kids (not adults). A lot of nice home furnishings and the prices aren't bad. I well recommend a visit. A lot to see and do here. The food is tasty although I couldn't get mac and cheese which was disappointing but great alternatives available. Picture of the cake I bought below another issue was takeaway food was given in polystyrene containers and there were no recycling bins just general waste.

Plenty of space for browsing in these tricky times, with a myriad of beautiful gifts to choose from. Plants galore, fresh cut xmas trees as well as beautiful artificial ones. And a food take away service too. Could browse for hours.

Have visited a few times and used the soft play, food and coffee in the soft play was outstanding and always worth a visit and looked forward to coming back, however this recent visit was really disappointing and will not be rushing back. We were one order short, and they still got it wrong, had to ask for salt and pepper as food was not very tasty, macaroni runny and no flavour, even lentil soup lacked flavour, had to add salt and pepper on everything, shame as they have done such a beautiful job with the decor and the new cafe, bacon and brie panini again lacking in flavour, caramelised onions would have been a good addition.
