One of my main suppliers. Not great for timber but you can choose it and returns are not a problem for anything. Helpful staff. I've bought 3 kitchens from them, good enough quality, useful features and solid wood doors with solid backs to the carcasses. In the trade get 10% off. Open during covid19 also click and collect. See website.

This is the closet shop. People who ever shops WICKES in Staines make sure check your bills before leave from store. Misleading price from LABEL to the system. Incorrect prices I bought two grey adhesive from Wickes in Staines and found the price on the label is stating as 9 where the system is telling to the cashier as 13. The cashier is adamant the price is correct. Therefore, I have to go and take a screen shot of the label (Tag Price on the self) on the self and prove the price is wrong. The Staffs, Cashier or Manager who came to check the price

Staff very friendly and helpful. Website needs updating as it says that they shut at 19:00 but due to covid they shut at 18:00. I only just made it after 40 minute round trip.

On arrival I at the Staines store, I was expecting that there would be a separate area for click and collect. I was told that I had to queue in the normal line and wait till I was called, When called to the checkout, I was asked to wait to one side and somebody would be with me, after about a 10 minute wait, somebody came to help. Because of the ridiculous layout in the Staines store, everybody is funnelled into the same area which creates a bottleneck, thus resulting in the assistant couldn't out of the area where the click and collect stuff is waiting for collection. I didn't feel at all safe with the chaos around the tills and what is the point of ordering online when I could have got what I wanted and just joined the queue as I had to anyway. During the first lock down, the collection point was outside in the car park, now its inside amongst the chaos, awful experience I'm afraid.
