Took two hours to change two tires even though I booked it in on a time slot with them. Had to wait in the cold. Thank god it wasn't raining. Good point was that the receptionist did her best to move the mechanics along but poor communication from mechanics.

yesterday I got appointment for free brake test at 11.30. when I drop my car I asked them to do the wheel alignmentas well. they told me when it is ready they will call me. at 15.00 they call and told me your brake fine you can collect the car. problem is 2020 December toyota told me my brake pad and disk worn 85%. I don't know whom to trust. even halfords not done my wheel alignment as well.

There is a guy in a costumer services Ram, very rude, angree emotional. Went to Halford for engine check ( diagnostic) they did a diagnostic delete the foult and said if it is come again need to change some parts. Two hours after leave service, engine light came off again. Get back there next day Mr. Ram same, like day before was very rude he told me I need a new turbo wich is really expensive, I ask are you sure I need to get a new turbo he said I don't know.... Its just insane becouse I start looking online following my foult code what's wrong and find a lot of information it's all becouse of sensor i need to replace. Went to another service they said your turbo is good it's probably sensor and we going to change tommorow. The thing is how easy Halford service can decide so important expensive fings.... And the Staf... Ram, after I ask why you shouting on me he just give back my service book and said go away. I don't know the reason of the Ram acting like that. But I definately know I'm never go back to Halfords and ask my fiends not to go. Hope help for someone just try couple of services for getting sort your issues it maigt be very expensive. Thank you.

Excellent service. I'd booked on line but when I turned up the booking hadn't been received by them. They still fitted me in, had very good social distancing / hygiene levels, gave suggestions about where I could go while the car was being worked on and were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely use again. Many thanks.

Been here for two hours. Booked in at 15:30 to have two tires changed and 2 hours later still not been done even though they said come back in an hour. What an absolute joke. If they had said its going to be this long I would of gone for a walk or told them to cancel it and I would of gone ro kwick fit. At least they communicate better.
