Amazing service from the team at Halfords Staines! I phoned in before to check if they had my light bulb for my car. Very useful on the phone ...shout out to Gabriel. When I arrived, the outside fit team was ready at the door with my car’s light bulb ....amazing service. While it was being fitted, we went inside the store to pay and we were out in no time.

I arrived at the Staines branch without appointment and hoping to get some repairs made on my son's bike - so that we may exercise by cycling this weekend. When I arrived I was asked if I had an appointed by Jade. Sadly the answer was no. She explained that the technicians were fully booked for several days and I was not surprised. However she very kindly went to speak to her technician and came back to say that they would help us by doing it right away as there was a small window. I cannot tell you how much this meant to us and we really appreciate it. The technician was Nathan and together he and Jade were awesome. I hope this praise can be passed onto them both. Well done to all.

Hi, Today I had a few electric problem in my car. I arrived to a Halfords at Staines. That welcoming and professional team had help me so much. After just a few moments of looking on the stock I had receive fast and grate help given by Adi and Gabriel. In less then hour My Ford Ka got a new radio, battery, wipers, top up oil and check all the car regarding my main electric issue witch was not a problem for Adi to find out what is going on. It was nice and spacious, relatively empty, but with enough employees to deal with everyone well. The colleagues were kind and helpful, one offered to fetch me a basket because I didn't see them on the way in and another, I think the manager, was kind and helpful throughout. The stock was a little limited though and there didn't seem to be many deals on, expected given the circumstances.
