Been there today. I absolutely love this place. The desserts are unreal, I think I gained 10 pounds, but so worth it!!!! Adina served us and she is absolutely brilliant, her recommendations were on point. Her boss is lucky to have her as an employee!!!! We will be back soon ️

My sundae was lovely, service was swift but 2 stars knocked off because menus were filthy and tatty. They should be wiped down after each use during these times of Covid but clearly weren't. Also the floor and sides where they prepare the food was in need of a good clean.
I've been here 3 times and each time the quality of the Waffles and Ice cream has been top notch. The dark decoration makes it look as if they're closed from outside however they are open quite late and it looks great when you're inside. It can get quite noisy when it's busy (not very likely with current restrictions though) which has caused them to get my order wrong as they could not hear me properly however they very quickly corrected it when I pointed it out which was great service as I should have noticed it on the receipt and pointed it out when I placed the order.
The selection of ice creams and deserts is vast, I was also plesently supprised when the coffee came out and it was top notch
Delicious food. Me and my friends had gone there to hangout. Staff was very friendly. Although I think it's understaffed. There were only two members of staff doing all the work. And I'm a little unhappy about not getting the bubble waffle. But I would recommend people to go and try this place out.
