I came to the shop yesterday for help with finding some crutches that l neededfor my holiday as l could not take a frame. I had no idea what I needed just 1 or both after a talk with Annette and her colleague they showed me the ones l needed although I was a bit wobbly, Annette gave me a great tip and l feel so much confident using them. I went into Clearwell Staines today (Friday 29th) to help my mother buy some things that will help make day to day easier for her. When we arrived I was greeted by a lovely girl called Ashleigh she was quick and helped me straight away. My mum was very nervous and didn’t want to admit she wanted aids to help her. Whilst I was talking to Ashleigh and getting things the other two lady’s in store where brilliant they helped my mum and made her see there here to help they made her feel welcome and she could come and shop here with out us. The manager of the store definitely knows what she’s talking about when it comes to helping the elderly, And thank you to Sara who helped my mum pick out a walker. She would never of picked half the things In store if it won’t for the lovely team of girls. I definitely will be back.
