Best Cash Converters that I have ever been in. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. In particular one member of staff called Luke who is always helpful and polite when I have been in to the store. Good selection of products, at very reasonable prices and quick service.

Ordered earrings was told they were 1.3ct each and when they arrived a diamond was missing... so I had to pay to send them back with no offer of refund for postage I paid, was quoted 2 weeks for them fo be fixed turned into 3 with no apology! Then when I finally get them back I found out they were 0.4ct each!!!! That is literally less than 1/3 of what they sold them on !!!!!! I then had to pay AGAIN to send them back as there was no chance I was accepting them and had to demand my refund for postage! The manager was clearly not bothered nor did she seem fazed by this situation its was almost like this was daily for her.... The cheeky cow readvertised them within 48 hours and even had the audacity to advertise them at the same price, she managed this but couldnt acknowledge me in any way after the experience she put me through... even a \your refund has been done\ email wouldn't have killed let alone an apology ! Avoid all costs I have used cash converters up and down the country this one is dodgy!
I visited your Branch today and received quality customer service from Carmen. After originally receiving not so great customer service, she ensured I will be returning. Great work today

My family were very good customers of this store and bought plenty of items. We had a terrible experience recently which was not dealt with so we will never shop there again.
