Our house went on the market towards the back end of 2020. We went with Stags due to their reputation and are happy to report our high expectations were exceeded. All the way from the initial house listing through to completion of sale Stags have been incredibly thorough and attentive to all parties concerned. You always expect a certain degree of stress when selling a home but in retrospect, with the help of Stags, this process was more plane sailing and ostensibly stress free! In the main I put this down to the vigilance Stags showed at every step in the process - of which a special mention must go to Greg who never failed to keep me up to date and often helped walk me through the ins and outs of the process . Stags are known to be the number one Estate Agents in the area and was proven to be so in my experience. I'll be using them again should I ever decide to sell or purchase a property in the future. High quality service from Stags. I'm glad I paid the slightly higher fee as they undoubtedly deliver a higher quality service than your average agent. They were highly responsive and organised, and worked hard to get my sale over the line. Would recommend.
Thank you to Greg and the sales team for finally getting our sale over the line before Christmas. It was touch and go at one point when the bottom of the chain fell through, but within a week we were back on track. This made for a more nerve racking sale but Greg did a good job of chasing all parties up every step of the way. Ensuring there is a good line of communication throughout, especially when things get a little tricky, is so important.

We received amazing service with staff going above and beyond to ensure our sale went smoothly. The team responded to all our queries the same day if not on the same call and kept us sane and reassured throughout lock down. I must give a particular mention to Gregg who was exceptional.
