Having purchased our home through Stags (Exeter) 12 years ago, we had no hesitation in using them for our sale. In what has been a very busy and volatile market, they did an excellent job for us. Within two weeks, we had 11 viewings resulting in five offers, and we've sold for 50k above our initial asking price. Nick Smith and his colleagues were very professional and helpful. Throughout what proved to be a protracted conveyance, they kept us fully informed of progress and they contacted the buyer regularly to check progress. When we had urgent questions, we had no difficulty contacting the Stags team and we always got prompt responses.The marketing material - brochure and online - was of a high quality, as were the arrangements for conducting viewings in the challenging climate of Covid 19. We were very satisfied with the service Stags provided and we recommend them highly.
