Awful service, very horrible man who drives the Gloucester bus, is always rude to my daughter and has left her in tears on many occasions. Has claimed that her bus pass doesn’t work to certain locations even though she uses it everyday to those locations this has led to her stranded in town. I am appalled by this shocking service especially towards a young girl aged 16.

Some stagecoach people can be irrating but got to thank stroud bus service for finding my shopping nd bringing it back to me some ppl wouldnt do that
The buses say they come at a specific time then either dont come or arrive and go out if service literally useless wouldnt reccomend
There's no such place anymore
Really poor service. I wouldn't trust to turn up on time because they never do. Run at completely different hours to what they advertise on their website and the customer services are rude, unhelpful and accuse you of just being wrong or just turning up late to the bus. Absolutely terrible overcharged service not pleased at all.
