I really loved this amazing gem hidden not far from the seafront. Went for a family lunchtime meal and the food was just lovely, good quality and fresh. In fact as we arrived early. There was a fresh box of vegetables that were obviously delivered just as we arrived. It was really good to see how fresh the vegetables and when we received the our meal, how fresh the fish was too. The barmaid was lovely, friendly and very informed with the meals that they offered. I loved the atmosphere, the decor and felt at home. Definitely worth a visit and me and my family will return. Thank you Stagg Inn.

Fantastic! Better than the queen pub down the road. Waiter was chilled and polite. Food was good.
With a friendly welcome and excellent service I would score the Stag more than 5 stars if I could. The food is delicious and it's a bonus that they allow dogs. Would recommend booking a table.
