Excellent service and a huge selection of frames available, making it easy to find a frame when my 18 year old daughter recently needed a pair of glasses for the first time. Professional staff who gave impartial advice regarding suitability and fit of the frames, and didn’t push us to buy the most expensive options. Highly recommended.

Since going late last year with help sorting new contact lenses I can't fault the service. Having problems with astigmatism and keratoconus l now have opticians that have the knowledge to help. Customer service from all the friendly staff is second to none. And thanks to Richard for trying me on different types of lens to help with my dodgy eyes. I just wish I had found Webb,Lucas and Stubbs years ago.

Very professional. Very meticulous, and very keen to get it right first time. I've been to a lot of opticians over the decades and these are by far the best. Extremely good customer care. Clearly all their opticians are very experienced.

Brilliant service, most thorough eye exam that I have had - although I didn’t need glasses I felt very looked after, everyone was lovely and very knowledgeable. Michelle was very good at explaining everything during my eye test and gave me advice on how to help with the headaches that I get.
