bought an item from them on 28/10/2020 at 17.50. obviously the staff member just wanted to go home and had already started locking up before I arrived. came back today 04/11/2020 as was the first chance I have had to return the item as I discovered the item I bought had been used as a display item. box was unsealed and the vape itself had scratches down the front. was told I could swap for another which i refused as i have bought another vape from someone else. was told i could not get a refund and the boss wouldn't even consider it. got the bosses phone number and spoke to him who then said to speak to his boss. it should not be for the customer to chase this through it is the responsibility of the retailer. they have breached the consumer rights act by not considering a refund which I am fully entitled to. not happy in the slightest. Both Claire and Chris were most unhelpful.

Great customer service everytime i enter the store very helpful they sort problems out efficiently and quickly and they have the best range of vapes and juices anywhere in Stafford maybe even the midlands.
Great range of Mods and consumables (tanks, coils, cotton, wire). Juice range is ok but on the whole, can be cheaper shopping online.
Terrible experience, My partner has just been introduced to vapeing from cigarettes, she was recommended 20mg nicotine ultimate salts purchased for 4.50. We wasn't given any credible information to vapeing, we was referred to the owner experience rather than what was best suited for my partners needs. Really wish we went to Totally Wicked in the first place, they actually provided us with a leaflet and guide to vapeing and also pointed us to the best vapeing juices 10mg, also they explained about about mouth to lung & straight to lung which simply vapour didn't explain. Please don't waste your time with this place!!
Simply the best Vape shop in the area. Staff are brilliant. A very modern, well presented store, a great selection of mods and liquids. Great service, great prices!
