A fantastic charity

I use the Katherine house hospice shop on Astonfields a lot and over all, they are very good and prompt a good cause, I am all in support of the charity. However Some of the people who work in there are rather rude and abrupt, it is a shame when this happens, including rejecting perfectly sellable good items, which other charity shops including other branches of Katherine house accept.
