I used this company about 6 months ago and they were booked in for a morning delivery. The delivery turned up at 5pm with a excuse of a job running over. I gave them a second chance to come and replace a fence panel this week and explained to the lady on the phone that I needed a specific time slot as it was at a rental property. She assured me it would be delivered between 10am-12pm. I called up this morning to double check and again was assured by a guy that this would be there in that time slot and he would call me when he was leaving the yard. 12.15pm comes along and no sign and no call to let me know what’s going on. I called their office and guess what another job had ran over! They said I would be looking at POSSIBLY around a hour or SO. If you promise a time slot stick to it as it causes the customer problems. We will not be giving this company any more chances. Our money will be spent elsewhere in the future.
