would of gave you guys a five star but zac at the vynal creation part of the factory needs a reality check from the higher management he has a bad habbit of telling the higher ups that more has been completed then that has been then will stand there screaming at you to work faster but he still want top quailty work from you because i was rushing to fill out an order he made out was already complete before going on holiday for a week so because i was rushing i damaged quite a few of the refective chevrons (and got sacked for it) now bare in mind i was only there for 3 weeks at this piont and my work was spot on until that week because we had to work 110% even cutting our breaks short zac was calling another emplyee asking him if he could come in earlier the dude was coming in from 6am but zac wanted him to come in from 4am and finsh at 6am to get this work done even though it was explained to him to get this work done was mathmatically impossible and was only achiveable if we had two zund machinces not the one we got to top it off during that week the zund got its service done to it which meant it was not oprateing for 3 hours at the end when zac came in monday instaed of seeing what was done he bitched and complained about what was not done and told us all he was disapionted in us, he also has a bad habbit of sacking people for no other reason other than he does not like them aswell just got to the shop floor and ask a few of your workers
