BROKEN PROMISES, AND COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS We had a 272 Carton order on for some Armstrong tiles, worth 18k. This order had been on for a month, and then 5 working days prior to delivery, they told us that they will be a month late. Absolutely disgusting!!! No real reason other than it was an internal ordering issue. They knew we were desperate for these as we had been pestering them throughout the manufacturing period, and at no point until 5 days before delivery did they bother to notify us. They must have known about this before then. They couldn't care less about the end date of your project, so please avoid at all costs. Please bare in mind, that if specifying a ceiling tile, they will not give two hoots about any knock on affects, that their poor performance has.
