Not impressed upon entering here, to see nobody was following Covid guidelines . Masks not worn . Was looking to open account , but what with not feeling comfortable inside I didn’t actually feel Safe entering the site there was a man on a forklift that was driving like a mad man. Just didn’t feel safe here at all, so left swiftly

Have had some issues with the quality of the materials purchased, customer service is shockingly bad and the owner has a terrible attitude. I will definitely not be returning. Issues arise in all businesses, its how these issues are dealt with that separate the professionals from the Del Boys!
More of a builders merchants than a timber yard these days but has quite a good selection.
Good quality products and good service
I am shocked with the Managers customer service. I ordered 100 lengths of Batten along with 5 3x2 timber to be delivered to my house. Only 50 were in stock and was promised the other 50 when they come in to stock. Just had a phone call from Staddons to say they will not be delivering the other 50 Batten even though it was previously agreed ! Can hear manager in the back ground shouting that he will not be delivering them and I will need to collect or look else where. What a shocking company I would be very careful using this company as I am now searching for more batten after the promise was made. WELL DONE YOU SHONKY LOT
