Visit this Church annually at Christmas. My wife's family have a window in the church which makes it a bit special for us.

This is a lovely church with a fantastic arched ceiling. The grounds are well kept and there are a few benches for quiet contemplation. Its in a quiet end of town and parking is not a problem in the street to the front. The services are friendly and welcoming. I would heartily recommend a visit if you are in the area.
Seems a bit surreal to be 'reviewing' a church, but this is very much a jewel in the crown of local culture. The angels carved into the hammerhead roof beams are a thing of wonder that captured the imagination of the celebrated poet laureate John Betjeman. Well worth a visit but you may need to pick up the keys from an adjacent property.
Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere great services on Sunday amazing architecture beautiful angel roof 1ST Sunday of every month sausage and mash lunch mixed desserts all very friendly no clicks
