Our experience with this doctor's office has been less than satisfactory to say the least. Dr. Narwhal is a good doctor and we really liked him. But the St. Pete office is so poorly run it's ridiculous. Every single appointment we are kept waiting at minimum an hour past our scheduled time. When I tried to address this issue, I was told there was nothing to be done because they overbook the practice and to just expect to wait. And to make matters worse, their computer system has been down no less than 60 percent of our visits, causing lengthier delays. It's a sad commentary on a medical practice that they are more interested in quantity over quality.

Doctor Arasu is good..... everyone else you deal with couldn't be worse. Forget your appointment time they will get to you whenever because they overbook their days so much, so clear your calendar for the day because they couldn't care less about it. The second time we went we left an hour and a half after our appointment which was at 4pm because there were still five patients in front of us... they wouldn't even be open long enough to see us that day. Wasted another day, had to sit in rush hour traffic for an hour to get home with an extremely upset infant. Probably the worst experience we've ever had with a doctors office. Others google reviews reflect similar experiences. ... Good doctor who can't run an efficient office.

Dr. Narwal is the best pediatric gastrointernologist of them all. He is highly intelligent, he is more educated and experienced then other G.I. docs. He is very Caring, and kind to my daughter. You can try other pediatric gastrointerologists and you will see that he is the best, to make it short. He also treats adults, and he also performs surgeries. I highly recommend Dr. Narwal to anyone.
