Check in is through a window. There is a gazebo up so you don't have to wait in the rain. Once you are checked in, you wait for one of the lovely vets to come out for your pet. Great service and you know they will be just as kind and caring with your pet as they are when you can go in with them.

Excellent vets! I've been using them for over 25yrs now. They are all so friendly caring and helpful.
Great vets, still supplying top quality care for all of my animals despite the current restrictions. Reasonably priced compared to my previous vets too. The only problem I have had has been how busy they have been on occasion, leading to long waiting times just to check in. Otherwise very happy and would definitely recommend.
Always useful lovely staff on hand! My cat Bonnie never gets scared going to this vets. My last visit the veterinarian loved her friendliness
