OK place, but unprofessional front desk staff. My exam was late 7:45PM, and I came a bit early, and she was hurrying to send me into the exam (possibly so that she can finish early). I understood and tried to co-operate by starting my exam early by few mins.... but I didn't like the way she said \but you had all day to prepare!\ .. Anyway, I let it be... then when I finished I told her from my courtesy that I was sorry to keep her wait (and I really shouldn't be sorry to come to exam on time and finish it on time!! but anyway, we are all humans, so I said that) ... but she gave me a cold and unfriendly response. I would expect more professional behavior from the staffs.

My husband and I were there getting fingerprinted for our adoption. The woman working was friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean. We only had to wait about 3 minutes.
