Signature Flight Support STP - St. Paul Downtown Airport

Flew in here a couple weeks ago in a cirrus and had excellent service. Will most definitely bring my passengers to this FBO over the others!

Decided to fly to St. Paul with my 3 kids in the Cirrus to visit the Minnesota Science Museum Today. It was a last minute decision to go on this lovely winter Saturday. The service at signature was outstanding. The nice lady working behind the counter and the two young gentleman working the line totally took care of us. They have the airplane tucked away for the night in a warm hangar and they had a vehicle ready to go when we landed. We are staying the night at the Holiday Inn Downtown and enjoying our stay. We will be back to signature for future visits. Thank You! Bill Stone Cloquet MN.

Litterally the greatest signature of all time. Elizabeth was working the front desk on a rainy Wednesday, she was very kind and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Loren, Nick, Jonas, and Dylan are some of the most efficient, friendly, and hilarious group of line guys out there. Overall cant wait to be back Monday through Friday!

Disappointed in general. Staff and facilities have the image of excellence, but are selective in providing quality to their customers. I do not trust them with my aircraft.
