Two Words..... "Straight RUDE" I'd love to elaborate a bit more now that I'm not in a hurry or upset (about this situation) that is... lol.. WELL.... He Is Definitely One of the most UNPROFESSIONAL Doctors I have ever had to see! If I had to rate him on A "Doctor Scale" from 1-100, He would be a [-99] Yes, Negative!!! Why cant there be a 0 star choice above..? Ha.. If DR. LOOMBA is EVER Suggested to you as a Dr. To go see You might want to just (DECLINE) and choose a different option! He works at the "Health Partners" Office in St. Paul.. anyhow, {THANK ME LATER}!
He is very rushed. He doesn't explain anything. He's detached, unresponsive, cold and arrogant. Makes you feel like an inconvenience. NOT helpful.
Unfortunately, I was made to feel like I wasn't very important. Rushed in and out and treated like I was a burden to him and his staff. Ended up putting me in a very bad situation. I would advise the general public away from this clinic altogether.
