The ancient mother church of Brighton. So many of my ancestors were married here. Others buried in the graveyard... including the famous Martha Gunn, Regency bathing dipper, wife of my great Uncle Stephen x7. Some beautiful stained glass inside.

Lovely welcoming warm church. Traditional interior style. We attended for a piano concert, not any services, but seemed a nice atmosphere.
This is a review for the St. Nicholas Rest Garden, not the church. The gardens are a good spot to take your dog to, or a leisurely walk/run, or just laze out in food weather. Maintenance is ok and it is a decent size so that doesn't feel crowded ever. It used to be a graveyard and is lined with graves. A few benches to sit as well.
Great congregation and clergy Friendly and welcoming across the board and deeply traditional It doesn’t get better than this.
Wednesday at 12.30 - lunchtime classical music recitals. Often good, sometimes great. Lovely atmosphere and great acoustics.
